LAMP POST REFURBISHMENT

Sustainability is more than just a word and marketing ploy in this day and age. It is a way of life, an approach and consideration that must be applied in any decision making process these days. This applies not only to new purchases but should also be applied to existing items that have withered and become weathered over the many years and decades of their lives. At AIL we have successfully demonstrated on many occasions the ability to breath new life into old items giving them a new lifespan of operational excellence and beauty. By carefully and expertly refurbishing old lamp posts, fencing and other items using our extensive capabilities and facilities we have not only restored old items to a new or nearly new condition but also upgraded them to satisfy the new specifications and standards needed today compared with when they were first acquired or installed.

Most recently this was done for 3 different types of lamp posts supplied by others many decades ago and had suffered the harsh extremities of UAE weather conditions. Several hundred lamp posts were removed from site, completely disassembled at our facility, fully repaired and refurbished then updated with new wiring, connections and the latest energy saving LED lamps before being returned to their respective locations on site ready for another few decades of operating lifespan. The success of this has lead to this approach being adopted elsewhere and for a wider selection of items and facilities
