The well known saying “a man’s house is his castle” is epitomised in the private villas of the Middle East.
A typical villa in the region is a property that has its own secluded space for the exclusive use of you and your loved ones in complete privacy. It comprises a standalone house surrounded on at least 3 sides by a yard, garden and/or veranda. For both privacy and security it is surrounded by a high wall and entrance is provided for by gates. Apart from the functional aspects; for many villas the gates are also a display of beauty and design that compliments if not enhances the impression of the property on both its inhabitants and those passing by or visiting.
The team from Alico Industries’ Architectural Division successfully manufactured, supplied, and installed a set of highly ornate yet resilient and practical dual electrical and manually-operated gates for a private villa in Al Manara, Jumeirah Residential area of Dubai.
A combination of metal works with marble inlay panels that exemplify the splendour of the design yet subtly blends with the surrounding settings.
