Reporting To: Executive Director / General Manager

 

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES and AUTHORITIES

 

  • Reports directly to the Executive Director / General Manager and responsible for the entire activities of the Architectural division’s manufacturing process ensuring compliance with quality management system.
  • Administrates and directs overall activities of Architectural Division.
  • Exercises overall supervision of local and overseas personal recruitment for architectural division.
  • Establishes operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery in line with company strategic direction.
  • Establishes manufacturing policies in the areas of Foundry, Fabrication, Coating plant & Dispatch materials usage, and receiving, capacity planning, production scheduling, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, continuous improvements and performance measures.
  • Directs implementation and execution of manufacturing policies and practices in architectural division.
  • Recommends and implements strategic changes in design manufacturing & Installation.
  • Provides leadership and / or supports the design, development, and implementation of products and service lines.
  • Builds, develops and manages operations leadership team capable of carrying out needed operations strategies and improving employee relations.
  • Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.
  • Oversees operations budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with standard operation procedures and Federal, State and other regulations.
  • Manages and maintains all critical instrumentation calibrations, verifications, and validations in conjunction with the QC/QA departments.
  • Ensures that products are produced in time and of good quality.
  • Schedules a time scale for the production and check the estimated costs and the quality of the product which shall be in our accepted level.
  • Ensures that health and safety guide lines are followed.
  • Reviews and analyze performance of subordinates and identify their training needs.

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES and AUTHORITIES

 

  • Shall perform assigned duties under general supervision of the Human Resources officer. This is advances professional work involving a variety of specialized tasks in public human resource administration.
  • Shall carry out and coordinate advertising, recruitment, interview and selection procedures.
  • Shall develop job announcements, testing and interview materials.
  • Shall investigate documents and resolves personnel issues and complaints at all levels in the organization.
  • Shall compile salary and benefit information in response to salary surveys, analyze comparative data related to salaries and benefits.
  • Shall revise or rewrite job descriptions, preparing new job description.
  • Shall conduct job analysis and classification studies, making recommendations regarding proper classification of positions.
  • Shall coordinate, develop and supervise long – term and short- term programs, projects and training presentations.
  • Shall prepare a variety of correspondence and reports related to the work utilizing a personal computer, performs related work as needed or assigned.
  • Shall analyze difficult and complex issues to make recommendations for proper actions.
  • Shall establish and maintain effective working relationship between employees of company.

Reporting To:             Executive Director/ General Manager/ Purchase officer

 

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES and AUTHORITIES

 

  • Shall assist purchase officer & purchase in the day to day activities of the department.
  • Shall prepare inquiries, quotation analysis, requisitions, LPOs, purchase orders etc.,
  • Shall arrange department documents, Leaflets, Catalogues etc.,
  • Shall follow all other works of purchase department as instructed by Purchaser & purchase officer from time to time.
  • Shall co-ordinate with all related departments
  • Shall study and keep record of company’s stock level and to give requirement for the next period as per store keeper’s /purchase officer’s instruction.

Requirement: The candidate should have a valid UAE Driving license with atleast 2 years’ experience in UAE

Job profile in brief as follows

  • Going to the bank to deposit cheques and handling documents.                             
  • Going to HO / client site to deliver the documents and to transport documents.      
  • Picking up the guests or clients new employees from the airport and back
  • Others on need basis

Requirement:

-We are looking for a skilled Electrician (Industrial) who has at least 3-5 years’ experience.

– The candidate must hold a Diploma in Electrical or an ITI Electrician.

– We have two (2) vacancies

 

Job Description :

-Working experience in electrical cut outs, panel boards, control gear assembly & wiring etc.

-Ability to make decisions and solve problems seeking and advice required.

-Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate organisational and time management skills.
