Alico Industries Company Ltd’s Cathodic Protection Division is proud to have contributed to the success of the Abu Safah Trunkline Replacement Project through the supply of 42” Aluminium-Zinc-Indium Alloy Half Shell Bracelet Sacrificial Anodes. These high-performance anodes were specifically designed to provide effective cathodic protection for submarine pipelines and risers in one of the region’s most important offshore energy assets.
Commissioned by Saudi Aramco, the project involved replacing existing trunklines to ensure the long-term safety and reliability of the offshore infrastructure. The replacement was initiated following a routine assessment that highlighted the need for immediate replacement to avoid operational disruptions and environmental consequences.
