In the city of Khofakkan, Sharjah, the government is developing a road system, a beach and recreation park for the betterment of the community and visitors in addition to several newly constructed facilities at University of Sharjah’s Khorfakkan campus. Among the new construction projects are administrative offices, service offices, and meeting rooms, in addition to separate classroom buildings for male and female students and various supporting facilities and areas.
