Alico Industries Company Limited continues to support critical offshore developments by delivering high-quality cathodic protection solutions tailored to demanding environments. One such contribution is to the Abu Safah offshore field, located approximately 45 km northeast of Ras Tanura in the Arabian Gulf.
The project is executed under Saudi Arabian Oil Company (SAUDI ARAMCO), with Subsea7 as the project contractor. It involves replacing an existing 20-inch flank pipeline with a new 24-inch line. As part of the scope, Alico Industries Company Limited is supplying Aluminium anodes specifically designed for offshore pipeline protection. These anodes are manufactured using high-purity Aluminium (Zn-In activated), Type Galvalum III, ensuring consistent electrochemical performance and durability.

Each bracelet anode is engineered in a two half-shell configuration, allowing direct installation onto pipelines with secure welding. The jacket anodes are designed to provide effective corrosion protection for structural and valve-related components. Together, these solutions ensure uniform current distribution and long-term protection across critical offshore assets.
